The First Republic Leadership Academy was created in 2015 in order to preserve and develop the existing entrepreneurial culture of First Republic Bank within a context of continued growth. Employees from various geographies, roles, and tenure are invited to participate in a series of discussions and exercises led by college professors and subject matter experts.
The First Republic Leadership Academy was developed with the following objectives:
